Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5058860.

Rusty old shopping trolley full of bricks, slates, concrete etc dumped by garages at end of street ( just past 12 Edinburgh Road) Too heavy to move and worried contents may be used spontaneously to injure people or break into properties. First spotted 10 days ago.
