Overgrown vegetatation

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:56, Tue 17 October 2023

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5107170.

Once again as it has for the past seversl years the prickly bush vegetation is growing over the public footpath once again.

The owner has been spoken to on numerous occasions and refuses to accept liability for there maintenance.

Would it not be easier to just completly remove them rather than the annual cost to just cut them back?

Thank you.
