B645 Higham Road subsiding on bend (again)

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5234128.

Some years ago Highways had to remove the B645 road surface to sort out a dip in the road on the bend, then laid a new surface. Unfortunately, the dip has now returned (within the new surface, so probably the same underlying cause), with the worst effects experienced by traffic heading towards Chelveston from Higham Ferrers.
