  • Further to the Council's update request yesterday the following village resident post on this issues as follows has come to light: ' As landowner an enforcement order was served on the farm to clear the ditch even though the water is coming out of a GPO box. Because when the Council widened the road they blocked all the outfalls subsequently the water is running down the phone ducting. All I've done is put grips in to direct the water' This is clearly something created by Highways previous work which they now need to readdress
